What browsers are compatible with your site? [Top]
You must use a secure-capable browser. We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+ or Netscape 6.2+ . Because of security problems with versions of Internet Explorer before version 3.02we strongly recommend that you download an upgrade to that version. Our trading site may not work reliably with Internet Explorer versions prior to 3.02.

Yes, but it must be version 3.0 or later.
I can not see all of the menu choices in my browser. How can I fix this? [Top]
This site works best with screen resolutions of 800x600 or greater. At 640x480 you should still be able to see the entire menu if you maximize your browser window. Also, if you are using Microsoft's Internet Explorer, you can shrink the size of the tool bar region at the top to provide more screen area.

The Internet seems slow today, what is wrong? [Top]
There are many factors that affect the speed of the Internet. For example, your modem baud rate, your Internet service provider, number of other users, phone lines, RAM on your computer, etc.
How can I speed things up? [Top]
The faster the baud rate of your modem, the better—you want at least a 56k, DSL or Cable modem. The more RAM on your computer the better—16 to 64 megs is preferable. |
